We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join our team at NHS Scotland.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, reception duties, and preparing incoming and outgoing mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Preparing and sending out x-ray and scan appointments
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
