About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment, supporting the delivery of essential services to the local community.

You will be the first point of contact for anyone looking for advice and support from HSCP, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves working on a rota basis, both in the office and at home, which requires flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Health and Community Care services
  • Responding to queries and requests from the public
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences)
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a public sector setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What We Offer

North Ayrshire Council offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
