About This Role
We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team.
As a Special Needs Support Staff member, you will work with pupils who have Autism, ADHD, and/or SEMH needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating individual needs and developing strategies to support pupils.
- Reporting progress to teachers, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Managing challenging behaviour in a positive and calm manner.
