Administrative Role in the Legal Sector

We are seeking an organised and efficient Secretarial Administrator to provide support to solicitors in our Inverness office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining case files, drafting legal documents, and managing enquiries. Excellent communication and typing skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a diverse role that offers a range of responsibilities, including facilities tasks and training support. If you are a fast typist who is competent using Microsoft applications and thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
