Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Medical Education department at NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Skills Educator and Facilitators to provide administrative support for undergraduate and postgraduate activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Skills Educator and Facilitators
  • Support undergraduate and postgraduate activities
  • Use initiative in a shared office environment
  • Working knowledge of MS365 packages required
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work as a team member
