The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of person-centered care to our residents. This role involves developing and implementing care plans, conducting regular assessments, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify the needs of our residents.
  • Mentor and train care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Medication Trained.

Our ideal candidate will be a Senior Healthcare Assistant with a passion for delivering high-quality care. They will be well-organized, able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
