Night Time Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at our home in Hailsham. As a member of our team, you will work with residents who have Complex Needs, providing person-centred care in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting individuals with autism and complex needs, as well as being an effective communicator with high standards of care. A sensitivity to the needs of people with complex needs is essential for this role.
Shifts will include 2 nights per week, with a minimum of 50 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours, which may include weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
- £17.58 per hour for any overtime
- The equivalent of at least 11 days holiday (including Bank holidays)
- Double pay for working bank holidays
