Carer Support Specialist Position

We are seeking an exceptional Carer Support Specialist to join our team at Central Carers Association.

This pivotal role focuses on delivering high-quality support services to unpaid carers in the Falkirk area, promoting their well-being and empowerment.

You will engage with carers, network partners, and other stakeholders to create a supportive environment that fosters connections, resource sharing, and community engagement.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, adept at building relationships, and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored support plans for unpaid carers
  • Nurture partnerships with network providers to enhance support services
  • Develop engaging content for local and national forums
  • Promote Adult Carer Support Plans to increase carer participation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated and enthusiastic about supporting unpaid carers

Compensation Package: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
