Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is up to £44,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500 based on achievable KPIs.

We are seeking a committed and diligent Registered Children's Home Manager to join our established solo home based in the suburbs of Huddersfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced deputy manager looking to take the next step or a home manager seeking a new challenge.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people underpins every decision you make.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years
- At least 1 year's experience in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
- A Level 3 (or above) diploma in Residential Childcare
- Previous experience of participating in Ofsted inspections
- An in-depth knowledge of legislations, regulations, and best practice surrounding the care of children
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Candour and a strong sense of integrity
- The ability to be caring and compassionate while remaining steadfast and upholding rules and regulations
- A full UK driving licence issued in the UK
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
