Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team at Axon Moore Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our group budget
  • Oversee the budget process, implementation, and performance monitoring
  • Implement group cost control policies and manage processes
  • Manage a team of 9, providing mentoring and career development
  • Prepare month-end close timetables for approximately 20 subsidiaries
  • Analyze group and subsidiary P&Ls, including detailed gross margin analysis
  • Ensure strong balance sheet controls and governance
  • Support with year-end audit
  • Manage risk
  • Partner with HQ functions to drive business growth
  • Continuously improve company processes, driving efficiency
  • Manage aged debt and shipped but not invoiced balances
  • Prepare for and attend subsidiary performance reviews
  • Address complex accounting issues

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/COMA
  • Recent experience working in a similar role within an international business
  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite
