Breakfast and After School Care Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our Breakfast and After School Clubs. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our children, promoting their overall development and well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver innovative activity programs, incorporating a range of themes, topics, and interests.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in childcare or education, and a deep understanding of child development principles. We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, and opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
