Junior Adventures Group is the leading provider of children's wraparound care in the UK, offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs. We are currently seeking a Breakfast and After School Program Manager to join our team at Trinity Primary School.

This is a 23.5 hours per week role during term time with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week during holiday clubs. The successful candidate will have management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering planned activities that promote learning and development in children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children aged 4-11 years.
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and engagement of children.
  • Ensure effective communication between the venue, team members, parents, and Central Operations.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
