A primary special school in Maidenhead is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their mixed KS2 class. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with a student requiring support for behavioural, emotional and mental health needs.

About the Role
  • Work closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour, and have learning disabilities such as Autism.
  • Support a child's education and help them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on a child's life. Graduates are welcome to apply, although a degree is not necessary. Previous experience working with children is desirable.

Requirements
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Desirable restraint training.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £85-£95 per day. This role is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
