Support Worker for Children with Autism

**Job Description**
A Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant is required to work in a Primary Mainstream School in Maidenhead. The role involves working closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviours, and have learning disabilities such as Autism.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent behaviour management skills and preferably some form of restraint training. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to enhance their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs.
The position offers a long-term temporary position with the opportunity for permanent placement. The school is conveniently located near Maidenhead train station, and parking is available on-site.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being and education of children.
The salary for this position is estimated at £83-95 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications & client rate available).
