Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Care Services Supervisor to join our team in Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team to deliver excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective care plans, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, CQC regulations, and best practice standards.
  3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of care staff.
  4. Promote dignity, respect, and independence for service users.
  5. Lead safeguarding efforts to protect vulnerable clients.

Leadership and Staff Management
  1. Recruit, train, and manage care staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  2. Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and high morale.
  3. Develop strategies for staff retention and motivation.
  4. Ensure staff training compliance and promote professional development.

Regulatory Compliance and Auditing
  1. Maintain CQC registration and ensure a rating of "Good" or above in all inspections.
  2. Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Stay updated on relevant legislation and guidelines in domiciliary care.

Financial and Operational Management
  1. Oversee budgets, invoicing, and billing to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  2. Develop strategies for business growth, including increasing referrals and expanding services.
  3. Contribute to the service's business plan and performance targets.

Client and Family Relations
  1. Build strong relationships with service users and their families, maintaining open communication.
  2. Address any concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
  3. Regularly review care packages to ensure client satisfaction and quality of care.
  4. Actively promote the service within the community to build trust and reputation.

Health and Safety
  1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control and risk assessments.
  2. Train staff in emergency protocols, safeguarding, and health and safety practices.

Salary and Benefits: £32,000 per annum (DOE) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
