About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Screening Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for managing screening personnel, providing supervision to screening services, and addressing day-to-day operational issues.

This is a full-time position, requiring 42 hours of work per week. The shift pattern will involve 4 days on, 4 days off, with a mix of day and night shifts. A valid SIA license is required for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all screening personnel and provide supervision to screening services.
  • Address day-to-day operational issues and provide a central point of contact for service delivery development, performance, measurement, and centralized reporting.
  • Ensure all personnel under your supervision have undertaken the appropriate site training and are in possession of a valid SIA license or LDN.
  • Accurately roster and forward plan all direct reporting officers to ensure sufficient cover for holidays, sickness, and absences.
  • Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviors of all security personnel, taking remedial action as appropriate.

Essential Skills:

  • Current SIA license.
  • 5-year checkable work history.
  • 3-5 years of supervisor experience.
  • Data center experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Email (Outlook).
