Job Role: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing quality control systems and providing support to our Care and Support Workers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement field-based quality control systems
  • Provide support to Care and Support Workers
  • Monitor and achieve performance targets

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
