Care Service Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Service Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing high-quality support services to individuals with varying levels of need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clear and structured day-to-day leadership and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Be vigilant and proactive in reporting any safeguarding concerns regarding vulnerable individuals in your care.
• Proactively assist in seeking out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding our company's values and culture.
• Ensure that all new team members are appropriately recruited into the Company and analyze initial training and development needs.
• Work collaboratively with the training team to ensure all staff receive the correct training.
• In conjunction with the management team, recruit and select new staff, taking an active part in the interview process.
• Lead staff in enabling service users to live fulfilling lives based around their individual needs and aspirations.
• Attend interviews for potential new packages of care and support as required with the senior management team.
• Implement induction/assessment programs for all new service users in conjunction with the wider management team.
Requirements:
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop a team.
• Qualified to a minimum standard of Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service is ideal.
• Experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days' annual leave, plus your birthday off, free DBS check, continuous learning and development opportunities, and eligibility for a £500 bonus through our refer-a-friend scheme.
