We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care and Well-being Professionals, supporting individuals with autism in our independent living services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional and behavioral support
  • Promoting safe and comfortable environments
  • Assisting with daily living and independent skills
  • Maintaining personal hygiene and well-being
  • Supporting relatives and carers, medicine management, budgeting

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, or be willing to undergo training and development to excel in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
