Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Welfare Lead to join our team in Brent, London. As a key member of our safeguarding and pastoral teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and emotional well-being of students across the school.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing welfare and medical care plans, administering first aid, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and support provided.

You will also work closely with the safeguarding and pastoral teams to create a safe and nurturing environment for all students, supporting the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all children.

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role within an educational setting, strong knowledge of first aid and medical care plans, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all children.
