Job Description

This Child Well-being Officer role at Academics Ltd focuses on providing vital support to students in a dynamic Primary School setting. We seek a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team and contribute to the well-being and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and emergency care to students with minor injuries or health issues.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to students experiencing difficulties, promoting a sense of security and trust.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and cooperation.
  • Promote positive mental health practices, encouraging a supportive environment within the school community.
  • Assist with attendance monitoring and provide guidance to families facing challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or working with children.
  • Valid First Aid training (or willingness to undertake training).

Our Offer
