Job Description

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc is seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in audit, finance, risk management, internal controls or compliance-related roles in a regulated environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining compliance programs to ensure alignment with Bio-Rad's mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborating with regional compliance officers to revise global policies and develop global training.
  • Investigating compliance matters and analyzing third-party compliance risks.
  • Providing advice and support to the business and other key stakeholders to operationalize compliance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Business, or Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and French.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.
