Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Governance Professional to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

The Compliance and Governance Professional will work closely with the Head of Regulatory Assurance, collaborating with other business units to assess performance against the Allwyn Assurance Framework. This involves analyzing data and reports to identify trends, potential issues, and areas of improvement, presenting findings clearly and concisely to support decision-making.

About the Role
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, potential issues, and areas of improvement.
  • Presentation of findings to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration with the wider Assurance function and other business units.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of regulatory, assurance, and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of regulatory exposure, understanding of policies and processes that drive and evidence regulatory compliance. Excellent relationship building skills, ability to partner with the business to build trust and deliver against objectives, and effective time management are also essential.

Salary and Benefits
