Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Compliance Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance needs of buildings are met from a technical and functional perspective.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the compliance team in meeting statutory obligations, including electrical testing, gas servicing, legionella testing, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain safety cases for high-risk buildings, ensuring digital records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on building and fire safety matters, completing government returns as required.
  • Produce digital records of building systems, including as-built drawings, materials, and construction types.
  • Review buildings and conduct risk assessments to inform budgeting and planning for necessary works.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
