Safety Compliance Specialist

Nexus Careers Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team in Stevenage. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of safety compliance across our engineering projects. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections and audits, providing guidance and training to employees, collaborating with project managers and engineering teams, and maintaining accurate records of safety audits and incidents.

As a Safety Compliance Specialist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety related role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of safety and risk management.
  • Working knowledge of quality management systems, procedural technical and HSE compliance.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build/maintain relationships at all levels.
