About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and risk management strategies that align with company and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for mitigation.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to operational teams, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Investigate non-compliances and conduct root cause analysis, developing actionable insights and preventative measures to reduce risks.
  • Design and deliver training programs on compliance and risk management best practices, regulatory requirements, and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored compliance and risk management solutions that enhance safety while optimising operational performance.
  • Compile and analyse compliance and risk data, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements to safety performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a compliance and risk role within a technical facilities management environment.
  • NEBOSH Diploma is essential.
  • Additional compliance and risk qualifications and certifications are desirable.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum
