About the role

The Email Marketing Assistant will be a key member of the email marketing team, helping to deliver high-quality and engaging email communications that increase overall engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including partner promotional emails

• Email Design: Assisting in the creation and design of email artwork, ensuring it is visually appealing and on-brand

• Maintaining and updating the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of email campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Supporting the Email Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Executive in implementing the test and learn plan, conducting A/B testing on email campaigns

Requirements:

• Knowledge of email marketing techniques and best practices, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends

• Experience working with an email service provider and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates

• Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design, with demonstrable experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite

• Good organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail, especially in proofreading and quality assurance

• Ability to analyse campaign data and translate it into actionable insights
