Job Description

Cultivating excellence in financial markets is a key focus area for CMC Markets, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Marketing team as a Digital Growth Strategist.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for growth marketing to drive effective acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies across our estate. The successful candidate will work closely with the relevant teams across marketing, product, and IT to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute our active retail client growth strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team that dominates our category through innovative approaches.
  • Establish a framework for continual testing and optimisation of performance spanning both acquisition and retention activities.
  • Develop program measurement methodology for growth marketing and drive return on investment (ROI).
  • Prioritise opportunities for improvement and growth; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns, experiments, and initiatives.
  • Analyse and optimise the performance of growth initiatives and their related content using a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Run weekly growth meetings with relevant teams such as client engagement and web development to ensure growth initiatives are delivered to plan.
Skill Requirements
  • 5+ years' marketing experience with at least 3 years of growth marketing experience.
  • Relevant growth strategy and market development expertise, with deep analytical and modelling skills.
  • Email, push, and SMS marketing experience from ideation to execution.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth, tough challenges, and building a business. Willingness to get your hands dirty.
  • Experience implementing an experiment-based optimisation framework.
  • Growth mindset, humility, and the burning desire to own your domain and your work.

Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
