About the Role

CMC Markets is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their trading needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized business strategies to grow client relationships and trading volumes
  • Provide proactive end-to-end relationship management to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive client growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our service proposition and differentiate ourselves from competitors
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in financial sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the CFD and financial markets, including market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to meeting client needs
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
