About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team in processing orders, preparing samples, and liaising with customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Sales order processing and management
- Sample preparation and dispatch
- Booking couriers and haulage services
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely order delivery
- Collaborating with the field-based sales team to achieve sales targets
- Providing administrative support to the warehouse dispatch team
- Performing general administrative duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary Range: £24,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
