Duties and responsibilities:
- Working alongside Director and Warehouse manager so ensure a smooth order fulfillment process
- Printing, saving and input of all orders into the company spreadsheets
- Record keeping ensuring all orders are organized by status
- Chasing customers for design details and other information as and when required
- Identifying and allocating required materials to client orders using our online inventory
- Purchasing of raw materials for production as and when required
- Updating customer delivery dates and advising them accordingly
- Forwarding orders to production with notes as and when they are ready.
- Taking responsibility for all post and mail order items - Generating shipping / postage labels and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are packed ready for dispatch at the end of each day.
- Ensuring office and kitchen supplies are ordered as and when required.
- Chasing suppliers by phone to ensure timely deliveries when required.
- Have a year or more experience in office admin / similar role
- Have the ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Have good writing skills and telephone manner
- Have good time management skills
- Bring good organisation skills to the business, with the ability to structure and prioritize workload.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Show adaptability and flexibility when required, due to the fast-growing pace of the business.
- Have a full driving license / own means of transport
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
