About the Role

Morgan Law is recruiting a Lead Governance Specialist to conduct a thorough governance review for a charity client. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of charity governance principles and be able to analyze complex governance structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive governance review, including stakeholder engagement and document analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced governance practices.
  • Collaborate with the charity's leadership to implement changes and ensure effective governance.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in governance reviews, preferably in the charity sector.
  • Expertise in charity governance laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
