Job Title: Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Governance Specialist to join our team at Tate. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the board of directors and executive team, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor legal compliance and maintain accurate records of all statutory requirements.
• Serve as a central point of contact for the Board, providing regulatory support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar company secretary/governance role is essential.
• A degree in Law, Business, or a related field is required.
• ICSA or equivalent certification is desirable.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
