**Job Summary**

Deichmann is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Ipswich. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Motivate and Coach the Team**: Lead by example and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, promoting and recommending complementary products to drive sales growth.
  • **Stock Management**: Oversee the management of stock levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that inventory is accurately tracked.
  • **Sales Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales performance data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • **Team Recruitment and Training**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • **Company Standards**: Ensure that all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising, administration, and customer service.
  • **KPI Delivery**: Deliver all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet all company standards, ensuring that the store is performing at its best.

  • **Energy and Enthusiasm**: High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the sales team.
  • **Numeracy**: Highly numerate, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and reports.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • **Good Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • **Methodical Approach**: A methodical, organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • **Flexibility**: Full flexibility across the week, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £32,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn monthly commissions and annual bonuses.
