We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving business results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve their full potential
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
