We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to ensure efficient stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
