About the Role

Cosentino is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Architect and Design Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
  • Promote Cosentino's products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information as it relates to markets and regions.
  • Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details with updated developments within project management database (SalesForce CRM).
Requirements
  • 4+ years of building materials/construction/commercial projects sales experience.
  • 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
  • 1+ year of business development experience.
  • Knowledge of building materials, stone fabrication or distribution, and academical background in High School/GED.
