Sales Manager for Architecture and Design

About the Role

Cosentino UK is seeking an experienced Architecture & Designer Sales Manager to drive growth in the Commercial Area of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business with key project accounts and obtaining design specifications from existing portfolios of Architects and Specifiers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and new property owners.
  • Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, and building owners.
  • Promote Cosentino's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, including exterior applications within the core geography.
  • Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information.
  • Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Local presence is a must.
  • Ideal experience in façades.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
