Your Role: Architecture & Design Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Architecture & Design Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Commercial Area within a specific region. This role involves cultivating relationships with architects, designers, developers, and key project stakeholders to secure specifications and drive sales of our comprehensive range of surfacing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the architectural and design community within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through proactive networking, relationship building, and market analysis.
  • Present our product portfolio effectively to architects, designers, and key decision-makers, showcasing their unique benefits and applications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions, project details, and sales progress within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, business partners, fabricators, and installers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a strong market position.
Your Profile:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the architectural or design sector. You possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar sales role within the architecture & design field.
  • A deep understanding of surfacing materials and their applications in various projects.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
