HR Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Coordinator to join our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the school's payroll functions, including preparing and administering payroll and pension information for our payroll service provider, ensuring accurate recording and input of relevant information into our HR and payroll system, reconciling RTI returns for submission to HMRC within deadlines, reviewing and checking payroll deductions returns and submissions from the payroll provider to comply with external deadlines, and submitting relevant pension returns online to external deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer payroll and pension information for our payroll service provider
- Ensure accurate recording and input of relevant information into our HR and payroll system
- Reconcile RTI returns for submission to HMRC within deadlines
- Review and check payroll deductions returns and submissions from the payroll provider to comply with external deadlines
