About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an accurate and efficient payroll function, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and administering payroll information, including calculations and reporting
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, including reconciliations and audits
- Providing exceptional customer service to staff and management, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations, implementing new processes and procedures as required
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Responsibilities
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school and participate in training and other learning activities as required.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum (Band 5 Full-time equivalent).
