About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Adult Mental Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based practice is delivered to improve the quality of care and services.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of care to support safe and high-quality practice throughout the 24-hour period.
  • Participate in the Bleep Holder rota.

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RNMH or RNLD.
  • Educated to Diploma Level (ie Dip HE Nursing) or evidence of post-qualification education/training.
