The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership, ensuring evidence-based practice is delivered and improving the quality of care.

Key responsibilities include: ensuring the monitoring and maintenance of standards of care that support safe high-quality practice throughout the twenty-four hour period in a low secure setting, creating a nurturing learning environment focusing on safe clinical practice and staff wellbeing, and demonstrating robust knowledge of clinical and environmental risk assessment and risk management in a forensic mental health setting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and registered mental health nurse with relevant post-registration experience of working with people with severe mental health conditions and a forensic history.
