About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Adult Mental Health. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring evidence-based practice is delivered to improve the quality of and shape responsive services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of care to ensure safe and high-quality practice.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RNMH or RNLD.
  • Educated to Diploma Level (ie Dip HE Nursing) or evidence of post-qualification education/training.
  • Leadership skills, including motivation, facilitation, mentorship, etc.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team in difficult clinical situations.
  • Evidence of being able to work independently.
  • Experience of leading development of staff's progression and development.
