Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Mental Health
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the West Kimberley region. As a key member of our mental health service, you will provide specialist mental health care to clients and their families in a recovery-focused and trauma-informed approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide advanced mental health nursing assessments and interventions during triage of new referrals and care coordination of active clients
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being
* Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and recovery strategies
**Requirements**
* Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing or a related field
* Proven experience in providing specialist mental health care in a community setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
