The Role

We are seeking a registered nurse with a valid PIN number to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.

About the Job

  • Responsibilities: Provide specialist nursing support and advice, take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervise and coach colleagues.
  • Requirements: Registered nurse with a valid PIN number, commitment to professional standards set by the NMC, and ability to advocate and deliver person-centred care.
