About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Adult Mental Health. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring evidence-based practice is delivered to improve the quality of and shape responsive services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Monitoring and maintaining standards of care to support safe and high-quality practice.
  • Participating in the Bleep Holder rota to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Person Specification
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RNMH or RNLD.
  • Educated to Diploma Level (ie Dip HE Nursing) or evidence of post-qualification education/training.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills such as motivation, facilitation, mentorship, etc.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team in difficult clinical situations.
  • Evidence of being able to work independently.
  • Experience of leading development of staff's progression and development.
