Job Title: Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Derby City OA CMHT. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and providing clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience of working with older adults. You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, completing initial assessments, and undertaking the role of duty worker. You will also be part of the team's Care Homes Project and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinicians and provide clinical supervision

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
  • Post-registration experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Experience of working with older adults and managing complex caseloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and set own priorities
