Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front of House Assistant to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel guests receive a 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to hotel guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Manage guest flow and provide assistance with luggage handling, room allocation, and other guest queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House Coordinator to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with expert recommendations.
  • Assist with the booking of breakfast, dinner, and other guest activities, ensuring that all arrangements are made to the highest standard.
  • Respond to guest feedback and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure that all guests receive a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel front of house or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Manual handling skills, with the ability to lift and move guest luggage.
  • Comfortable using computer-based booking systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
