Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), including regular evenings and weekends, with occasional night shift cover.

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

Overview:
At LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee our brand-new overnight accommodations, The LEGOLAND Woodland Village.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the daily operations of our overnight accommodations, ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness in all guest and staff areas.
- Collaborate with the Senior Front of House Manager in the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the guest experience hosting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining the company values at all times.
- Engage with both new and existing hotel properties, building meaningful relationships with colleagues and guests alike.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, particularly in a Front of House or Reception role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team management and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with risk assessments and health and safety protocols.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating enjoyable experiences.
